HOW TO APPLY FOR FINANCE

To be eligable for finance the following are required to be met:
Age: 18+ years old
Income: Earn $25,000+ p.a.
Residency: Permanent Australian resident
Credit: Clear credit file
Information Needed:
Email Address
Mobile Phone
Either an Australian drivers licence or Australian passort
Medicare card (optional)

Application Process:
Step 1: Click “Apply” and complete the customer application by providing required details (Eligibility > Your details > Your income > Your expenses > Review).
Step 2: Customer receives an SMS with a four-digit code to accept the finance offer. They need to click the link and enter the code.
Post-Approval:
Authorise: Enter the second four-digit code SMSed to you to authorise the purchase.
Accept: Upon approval, receive an SMS with important account information and a four-digit code to accept.
Enjoy: Receive a welcome pack with your card within 10 days and monthly statements showing the minimum payment and due date.
Do’s and Don’ts:
Do: Send a customer a link to apply on their own device and guide them if needed.
Don’t: Complete the application for the customer on their device.
